    If space permits, go for an 85" tv. I find it overpriced for the little difference it has from its other counter parts. It even freezes and gets hung while playing more than our 10 years old LG smart tv.

    This tv has only been in use about a month. The picture is amazing. I watch a lot of sports and this tv performs very well.

    I bought 4 Sony televisions recommended by the BestBUY customer service representative. 3 will have internet connection problems. They simply disconnect from the internet and don't recognize my Wifi signal. To solve this, I need to unplug the TV for 10 seconds and turn it on again. This happens at least 5 times a week. I bought the 2-year extended warranty for these TVS, and as I travel a lot only in January I was able to pay attention to the warranty. I bought the TVs on December 27, 2022 and tried to activate the warranty in January 2024, and surprisingly, BestBuy said that my warranty is not valid because I didn't renew my 199 dollar membership this year. Hundreds of videos with thousands of likes can be seen on YouTube teaching you how to restart your TV from the power socket to solve the problem, but imagine you buying 4 TVs, which are located inside fitted furniture that I have to frequently restart from the power socket. Unfortunately, it will be a case that I will take to court to resolve the poor quality product with a manufacturing defect and the extended warranty sold by BestBuy. I don't recommend anyone buying these TVs, much less trusting Best Buy's employees. Search for your products yourself and you will make much better purchases.

    The tv has done strange things from time to time. Picture might go black and when it does, you need to reset it or restart it. This happened a few times in the 8 months of owning it. It wasn’t until a yesterday when it made a few weird noises, went black and won’t turn back on. I tried everything. Called Sony and know they are sending a tech out to fix it. This is very disappointing but glad it happened in the first year as it’s under warranty. Our purchased in December of 2022 and on August 24th of 2023, it’s dead.

    I’ve had an LG and a Vizio and this is worth the the price difference. Better picture quality and black levels. I’ve had the 65” for over a month and decided to upgrade my Vizio 75.

    Always been a fan of Samsung tv, however went with Best Buy recommendation on trying the Sony Bravia 75inch over the Samsung 75 inch. I have to say I’m very happy so far with the screen brightness and performance so far. The streaming interface is surprisingly more user friendly than Samsung’s Smart Hub. Geek Squad also came out and did a nice job mounting new Sony tv with Sonos Arc. Look like Sony got a new customer for the foreseeable future!
