It's big and beautiful! Be careful if you want to have headphones going on at the same time as you want to have tv sound and headphones at the same time...it's a complicated thing and my Best Buy person could not help me out on that...

To output sound from both the TV speakers and headphones: Connect your external audio device to the digital optical port of your TV using a digital optical cable (not supplied).
Note: If you connect your external audio device to the TV headphone jack, the HDMI ports, or through a Bluetooth connection, the TV can't output sound from both the TV speakers and the audio device at the same time.

Overall TV is great. But I would say it’s made more for Dark Lit Rooms than brighter rooms. During the day sometimes the picture is Hard to see because of all the natural light we got coming into the home.

I purchased this tv in January of 2025. Randomly this tv freezes up and the only way to get it to respond is to unplug it. This happens every time we use the ESPN app. After a few hours…..frozen. Recently we noticed a dead pixel causing a vertical blue line down the screen. Sent tons of photos to Sony. They said it was damaged, but it was not damaged. Refused to help me and cared not that it freezes randomly on multiple apps. This is a well documented issue with this tv, but Sony don’t care! STAY AWAY!!! Wished I’d never purchased this tv.

Starting malfunctioning almost right away.
Hdmi ports 3 and 4 started malfunctioning almost immediately. Doesn't matter if its a blu-ray player, xbox series x or playstation 5, ive tried six different hdmi cords in every combination possible and the results are the same. Bestbuy has been impossible to get a hold of for service. Absolute junk.

Wow this tv is so amazing and incredible. I purchased it as i am tired of replacing tvs every few years. I grew up with the same tv for 15 years in my parent's home and it was a Sony. This tv gives me the feeling that it will last and wont be outdated inn 7 years like most tvs are. I love the display its so nice and looks like the high end tvs in the store. The sales rep called it a middle class tv, this tv makes me feel like a millionaire. I like how easy it is to use and the features. My only dislike is the base is not adjustable so it does not fit on most tv furniture so i has to hang it. Its also a two strong person job setting up this tv. I am a strong person but this tv is to large to mess around. Loved the customer service at bestbuy and the ease of mind with the warranty.

For the price this 120HZ Sony 75 inch TV can't be beat.. Much better Pic than my Samsung & Sony does not have that terrible motion junk that makes every movie look like a home video.. We love this television.. The color is excellent & the 4K is even more amazing.. Plus for a smart TV using Google makes everything so simple..

Excellent vaue: Picture quality, configuration options, interface to Apple TV 4K. Lacks a 3.5 mm jack output. Only problem I encountered was the absence of a 3.5 mm jack output.
