Everything we’ve watched now has a clarity and depth that was never there before. Colors are natural and vibrant all at once, and after having demoed 4k disc, 4k streaming, HD cable, and Nintendo Switch, I’m convinced that this was the right choice for us! Totaltech was great also, the installers were knowledgeable and set it up in great time!

I looked at this and the oled Sony tv. I decided on this because of the quick burn time of the oled. I am ready for 8K broadcast and the current 4K looks amazing on this tv.

Best 8K BUT banding is there but hardly noticeable
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Would be getting 5 star but unfortunately this unit felt short, so it’s 100% DSE free but unfortunately there’s little banding going on with screen but it’s super small Harldy noticeable, I’m just taken into account 2021 tvs we’re not gonna be free of QC problems or banding/DSE so might as well go big, SO on the other hand picture is by far Best 8K, Samsungs 8Ks looked blurry with HD, this is gorgeous, 720p looks 1080p, 1080p looks 4K, and some 4K looks 8K, so Sony definitely has best upscaler on the market, so hopefully this tv will last 10 years

Some of this problem can be fixed by adjusting the motion settings of the TV- Refines moving images and optimizes picture quality based on video content. Finally with the clearance pricing this means I can move my treasured Z9D 65” to the den and replace it with the Z9J 75”. The picture is lifelike and smooth right out of the box. I didn’t have to change many settings and it was good to go. 4K movies look spectacular, and though it’s hooked up to a surround system, the sound from the set itself certainly beats most typical internal speakers. I considered OLED and the X95K, but I couldn’t be happier so far with this choice.

There are a great deal of adjustments that can be made through the menu (tends to be time consuming and confusing) and there are a great deal of applications available for streaming services. Since I do not have an 8K source for the TV, I have not be able to test the 8K ability of the TV. The one negative is that it only has one 8K HDMI port. At full retail the TV is on the pricey side. The TV is heavy at just over 100 pounds and the back has many plastic inserts that are problematic.

Because I really wanted this tv. But they destroyed it on delivery and I had gotten a great deal on the tv. I felt like the people who handled the tv during delivery should have been fired. When it reached me. It was shattered beyond repair.
