Connection issues with internet

The only issue is the internet that continues to drop when turned off. It’s an occasional thing, and if anyone has any tips I open to know. So far I’ve tried setting the time on auto with the internet and it’s still not consistently working.

Good bang for the buck

At first I was impressed. But then it seems like you can be watching a show whether it be on Hulu, Netflix or Sling and it’ll randomly go back to the Home Screen for whatever reason. My biggest complaint and the reason for 4 stars.

We value your input and appreciate the feedback. If Netflix or other streaming apps drop back to the home screen after 10 minutes of streaming, perform a Factory data reset (FDR) on the TV.

IMPORTANT: Performing a Factory data reset will remove all customer settings in the TV including Google account settings, apps, channels, and wireless network settings. You will need to set them back up again.
If this issue reoccurs, then perform the Factory data reset procedure again.

Installation was painless and the free delivery made sure it arrived in one piece. The only minor issue is that it seems to prefer 2.4GHZ only wi-fi networks; while it would connect to my 5GHZ one, it would disconnect after a few hours.

Shameful customer service

Customer service from your Wilmington location is absolutely shameful. Lied to me three times in regards to delivery , availability, and blamed everything on their corporate office. Then the assistant manager literally just walked away from our concerns. Pathetic.
