Bought this TV before the Super Bowl. The picture is amazing. Had it for 2 weeks now and I couldn’t be any more pleased with my purchase.

We ordered an 80" tv and it was too big. We really love this one ot os perfect Sal was very helpful in finding the right tv. We purchased the Sonos surround sound system to go with it.

As soon as I turned the x900f on I knew that the picture wasn’t going to do it for me. It looked to washed out from the get go. It does have a clear clean picture but I can never get It set properly. It’s either too dark or too bright and washed out. I can’t find the happy medium. I have spent hrs trying to find tune it with no success. I feel that it has way too much blooming and I don’t think the black levels aren’t as good as claimed on this set. I also feel that the local dimming is poor and the colors/picture just doesn’t pop properly. The TV has great motion and an easy android based system. I am an avid gamer and the games always look to bright and like there is a film over the screen that holds the picture back, like smokey or fog in the back ground. This is my third Sony I have tried in the last 8 yrs and I have never kept one. I have exchanged this set out for a Q8fn Samsung and will review it as soon as I have had a week with it.

TV is nice with proper calibration, it’s either too bright or too dim on the preset settings. I bought the tv as open box item and had deal to good to pass on, paid $1400 for it.

This tv was purchased to be part of my living room home theater setup. I had the tv for a week and decided I couldn’t live with the abysmal Dolby Vision playback, floating black levels, severe halting, and a bizarre picture artifact that manifests in HDR mode making everything dull and dim unless you set the live color to high. This results in a cartoony inaccurate image. I spent the last week trying to dial in the picture but it was futile. This picture is average at best. For reference I have most of my televisions ISF calibrated. I had a pioneer 50 inch kuro and upgraded to the LG B6 the 55 inch model. I saw this set in the store and was impressed. In my dark room the picture fell apart. The full array local dimming struggles to keep the screen correctly lit. The halting on this set in HDR is terrible. I know lcd technology doesn’t do deep blacks that good but this TVs blacks are atrocious. Like I said a week of buyers remorse led to me taking this monster tv off the mount with my son’s help. Then I had to rent a cargo van from Uhaul to get it to bestbuy. I also had to make an appt due to the virus which was completely understandable. The return exchange went swimmingly I had to pony up another 400 something and change to get the tv I should have gotten in the first place The LG C9 65 inch oled. Night and day. I was tempted by the size but you can’t fool your eyes. Google search Sony Dolby Vision problems and prepare to read about blurry unwatchable pics. Glad Bestbuy took this stinker back.

Brother, I bought this TV in March. I was a bluebird purchase, give me something with all the bells and whistles. I was sold this TV which is AWESOME... if you want to use their apps. connecting to my DENON receiver, doesn't really like it. They get along ok, not great. My new Xbox Series X - this tv hates that one. I have lost all 4K capabilities, its insane. Best I can figure is it needs HMDI 2.1 and because this TV doesnt have that all the 4K streaming services and gaming is in HD. TV capable, XBox capable, HDMI port not so much. So I have powerful TV and a powerful gaming system, but they are impotent because of the interface between them. Very frustrating, I wish Best Buy sales people would have known issue and pointed it out.

Nice LCD tv but a little expensive compared to other brands.
