We understand that some consumers don't have the same type of environment at home so you can change some settings related to the TV display and see if the symptom improves. The quality of the source is also a big factor in getting an excellent picture quality.
Set your TV to Dolby Vision Bright.
A. On the supplied remote, press the Settings button.
B. Under Picture mode, select Dolby Vision Bright.
If you set [Power saving] to [Low] or [High], the black level will be enhanced.
- Press the HOME button, then select [Settings] — [Device Preferences] — [Power] — [Power saving] to [Off] to brighten the screen.
