Thanks for taking the time to review your new X800H TV. We are sorry to hear that you are having an issue with the Hulu app on your Sony Bravia TV. Good to know that you appreciate most of the features of this TV. Make sure the app is updated. In additional to restarting your TV, please make sure it was done by power cycling the TV by unplugging it for 60 seconds and re-plugging it back in. We also recommend updating the software of the TV. A firmware update improves the functionality and features of your unit. It can provide fixes to any performance issues that may occur.

You can isolate this issue by following the troubleshooting steps from the link below.
Set Google Play Store Auto update app to ON.
1. Select Home.
2. Select Apps.
3. Select Google Play Store.
4. Select Options.
5. Select Auto update apps, and make sure it's set to ON.

Excellent pic quality

The Best Buy rep helped me with understanding the difference between Sony and Samsung which helped. Overall I’m really satisfied with my purchase my only issue was with the small white glare on the corners and bottom. I recently talked with another Best Buy rep and was able to find out it was just a “Sony” thing

My only disappointment thus far is not being able to mirror cast my Samsung S8 to the TV. My research and talking to employees in the store said it will work...called Sony customer support after I bought the TV and was told it will NOT work, only apple products. This was one of the key reasons I chose the Sony.
