Great picture and performance

I could not stop looking at the television staying up to 3 to 4 am. I was hooked. Just one issue the table stands (feet) are poorly designed which makes it very unstable. If someone brushes against the Sony it could fall of the table. Sony please design a more stable stand.

Awesome Basement TV

We value all your inputs and appreciate the feedback. To make sure your TV runs as smooth as possible, we highly recommend downloading and installing the latest software for the TV. A Firmware update improves the functionality and features of your device. It can provide fixes to any performance issues that may occur. Please make sure to try that first as well by going to help → system software update → software update.
Picture quality depends on the signal and content. You can configure various settings related to the TV display such as color and brightness for picture quality, or screen size. Select the appropriate picture setting for your Android TV, for more information on how you can enhance your viewing experience check the Adjust Picture Settings on your Android TV.
The picture quality may improve if you change it in [Picture] under [Settings].
Press the HOME button, and select [Settings] — [Display & Sound] — [Picture] — [Brightness], and adjust [Brightness] or [Contrast].

Great for watching/difficult to add devices

Also-the placement of the HDMI/USB ports makes it impossible to easily connect devices without moving the unit forward. Wish they were accessible underneath or on the side.

Big but still working out the issues

If you are watching from an external output like a cable box or your blu-ray please make sure that you have enabled the Enhanced Format setting on the TV. When you watch 4K picture with High-Quality, use a Premium High Speed HDMI Cable(s) that supports speeds of 18 Gbps.

Sometimes it turn off by itself…. So I am crossing my fingers… I paid a lot of money for it and now I can’t return it. So we will see.

I ordered a open box and had it delivered. It came broken so I never got to use it. Best buy handled the return for me with very little hassle.
