Had to figure out a hard reset a couple of times already. I got this as a black friday deal last year. I feel it was a push of some of the lower quality tvs. Still does what its supposed to but the software bugs caused me to take a couple stars off the rating. I recommend a soundbar or sound system, on board speakers are weak.
