The TV has the Google Play Store app to download third-party applications. You can only download apps that are compatible with TVs. These apps may differ from apps for mobile devices. However, this unit supports Screen mirroring for iPhone and Android smartphones via Apple Airplay 2 and Chromecast built-in, respectively. Disappointing TV

The reds are too red and it seems impossible to fix. The remote is also somewhat confusing in its use of terms: "jump" is used to go back to a previous channel. Why not simply say "last"? the "Guide" button is barely visible even though it is probably one of the most used one. The "back" button does not go back is you are in Netflix.
