We highly recommend updating these apps to isolate the issue. We can also reinstall some of the apps that are having stutter issues: https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/articles/00147386. Do not forget to update the firmware of the TV too: https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/articles/00028577.
