Great TV for the price

The picture isn't overly saturated like most Samsung TV's. Android TV is a great smart OS to use. It'll always be better than the in-house built OS from other manufactures such as Samsung's OS or webOS. You'll get the latest apps and a great performing OS since the manufacture doesn't have to worry much about creating the OS. Google focuses on that so the TV manufacture can focus more on the the TV itself and its additional viewing features.

As close to OLED that a LCD TV can get

Fast processor, quality picture, upscales cable TV to look HD without distorting the image quality, great viewing in multiple angles, & has apple airplay ! This sometimes in 4K /HD content reminds me of an OLED. The only drawback is that at times the black uniformity isn’t always perfect, but that’s compared to like an OLED. In comparison to other TV’s in this price range it’s a sure win. I’m so happy the Best Buy worker suggested this to me vs the 750H & others.

Since I have hearing problem the main issue I had in the beginning was to be able to connect my wireless head phone to the TV because I was loosing the TV sound in case I had other people watching with 3mm headphone jack I fixed the issue by purchasing at Best Buy the MEE audio Bluetooth Wireless head phone and connected via optical, and it works perfectly. Set up the TV was easy including using my playlist via Smart IPTV application

Great picture with all the features we needed. The only issue I had with it is that the mount on the back of the TV is not centered, it is at the bottom of the TV. By being located at the bottom of the TV, it sits higher on the wall than the 55" TV it replaced where the mount was more centered.

Sufficient expertise is required for TV installations. Be sure

The X800 picture is not uniform, and you can see the corners being darker than the rest of the picture in plain white or bright backgrounds. In contrast, X900 is perfect. I also have the older Sony A8F OLED, and X900 is very close to having pitch black blacks. I still prefer OLED for its wider viewing angles, but X900H is good enough. If money is no object, get the 900 over 800 unless you’ve a very wide room and need the extra viewing angle of X800H. AirPlay works perfectly on all TV sets.

Amazing TV!

I also own a Samsung Q60 same size and this song blows it out of the water in picture and sound. I regret buying the Samsung, couldn’t return it since I was out of my return period. Sony is killing it with these new XBR models.
