I am so glad I got this tv over the Samsung … the only downside with this tv is not Apple HomeKit when you can control with your iPhone … but other then that everything looks top notch on this tv. 8k is on point as long you get the proper hdmi cable that suppose 8k

It’s nice that Sony has a Smart TV that actually has all the apps for it without using a second party device. LG and Samsung advertise they have Smart TV but don’t carry all the popular streaming subscriptions

The Z9J was a little too pricey for my budget. This TV was a much better deal. TV picture looks really good and the sound is pretty loud. Overall I am very satisfied with my 75" Z8H.

Geek Squad Installer is 'ONE OF A KIND" she just completed part 1 of a 2 part installation at my new home located at #13 Autumn Oaks Drive, The Hills Texas, 78738. The service as always are superb! Then you have the KING OF MAGNOLIA - JONATHAN HEATH BOWMAN - Heath provided "Outstanding" service in selecting the correct appliances for my family room, pool table room, office, and guest room. We've got one of the new 8K Sony Flat Screen Television Set that has been installed in my family room. Heath also selected the best wi-fi service. Great job Heath, Now all I have to do is sell the house so we can then finish part #2.

Called sony, there is nothing they can do. warranty is only for a year. paid 5k for this TV back in 2021. absolutely terrible. lifelong sony product purchaser. not anymore.

Had a difficult time figuring out what was going to happen next and when. Appeared that the local technicians had a problem coordinating with corporate directions. Once the technicians showed up, everything went super. (Way beyond expectations!!) Very happy with the results of the install as well as the Sony TV. Will recommend Geek Squad for every purchase from this point forward.
