    Sound goes off from time to time ?? Very frustrating!! Had service come out they turned off so on the tv thought it might help but it didn’t after they left., Lot of money for a defective TV. Very disappointed!!!

    Would give this tv zero stars if I could. What started out as a loving relationship with great graphics and processing went down hill and ended far too quickly. I’ve only had this tv for 10 months and it’s already sending bars on tv then permanently blacked itself out within a matter of minutes. Now Best Buy is not trying to do anything but sell me a repair for a brand new very expensive tv. Absolutely a nightmare. I will not be purchasing from Best Buy or Sony again unless this gets resolved soon.

    Horrible noise when watching cable TV, so i returned it immediately. Sounds is amazing though!

    Bad tv. It is not good for gaming. Defective tv hdmi for 8K does not really work for 8K or 4K 120hz. Not worth it

    I like the TV. The picture and colors are very good. The audio is good but we use a home theater setup. What I am unimpressed if not disappointed with is the TV resetting, randomly. After several year, I still never know when it will happen. Likewise, there are times when the TV freezes. Again, no idea why.

    The picture quality has been widely recommended, but on this size many have reported vertical banding on the screen. Also, while Digital Trends gave it a high recommendation and demonstrated its ATSC 3.0 on the set, many have not been able to reproduce the Next Gen channels and complain of the heat for the LCD panel.     I own several LG OLED’s, and to say that I am blown away by the picture quality of this set is an understatement. You will not regret buying this TV especially at the current discounted price. Go for it!
