    Very happy with the picture! Brightness seems great too! Exchanged an 85” Bravia 9 for the 77” version of this TV and couldn’t be happier! Much better option for watching movies and shows!

    I’ve had the Sony 77XR80 Oled for 3 weeks and it works great so far. The picture quality and sound using the Bravia 8 soundbar are excellent. I chose Sony after considering the Samsung and LG comparable items.

    The menu and settings is extremely difficult to navigate. There are times where the TV, out of nowhere, while watching a program, will stop and search items are displayed on the screen, then 30 seconds later, everything is back to normal.

    This product does not connect to the sound bar. What is worse is that when you call don’t. You get someone from Cambodia or wherever they are located.the microphone is anlways not working. There no corresponding anpp. The television is just no good. And they simply tell you they can’t fix anything and that you can always return it. Don’t support Best Buy and run away from Sony.
