As it was an open-box item. It didn't have the stand and remote. But the quality of the TV was fine. At a low price now I can enjoy the same video quality as a new TV. But the problem is the price was reduced by more than 20% just after one day :( . I missed the discount and open-box items are also not eligible for price match.

We upgraded from as 55” Sony Bravia that is 12 years old that still works perfectly. So we decided to keep with Sony quality and upgraded to this 77” Sony Bravia OLED. We have it set up in our living room and it looks great. Picture quality is awesome. We have our streaming services through a Fire Cube but all the apps on the TV work as expected. We have a Sonos Beam for our sound bar so haven’t used the built in speakers. Has worked flawlessly so far and hope that it last just as long.

The colors are fantastic and the night scenes are easier to see. Most TV night scenes are hard to view. Love my new TV. My husband has problems with his eyes and difficulty seeing the darker scenes on the old set but this set makes easier for him to see the picture.

It looked huge at first - it's amazing how quickly these giants fit in with everyday life. Love the remote. Football looks amazing.

I dinged it one star because it isn't the brightest OLED TV, and may not be the best fit for a brightly lit room. If you have a room where you can control ambient light well, this is a fantastic TV. Colors are accurate, and shadows contain plenty of detail. I can't comment on sound, as I have a home theater system, so I'm not using the TV's speakers. It works flawlessly with my PS5.

I upgraded from A80J 65" to A80L 77" for media room. This was only $200 more than the A80K at the time of purchase so it was a no brainer to skip A80K. The picture is stunning ans the colors are gorgeous. PS5 games look absolutely stunning with VRR. I have it paired with Denon AVR and Klipsch speakers for 7.1 surround
