Additionally, both technical support and customer service (Sony & BestBuy) have been unhelpful in resolving these issues.

I got this expensive OLeD TV however with in a month it won’t turn on and red led blinking. I returned it as it was still under return policy.

I had this TV installed last winter, and I am still amazed at the incredible picture quality of this unit. It was set up at the local BB store next to a Samsung 8K set, and neither my wife nor I could discern a difference. I don't see the need for an 8K, and I'm not a Samsung fan, so we opted for the Sony and I am very glad I did. Occasionally the Google operating system will "hiccup" and I will need to unplug the TV and let it reset. But this is rare. I would compare this to ANY TV set on the market today- I think it may be the best TV picture I have ever seen. I am VERY glad we invested in this set. I still have a Panasonic plasma set in another room and I have always thought it was one of the best pictures I have ever seen, but it cannot come anywhere close to this unit. I do wish the set had more memory- I had to delete a few applications in order to stop the warning message. No big deal for us- we really only use about 6 or 7 different streaming services, and the set has plenty of memory for those. I will say, however, that I am extremely disappointed with Best Buy. I bought into their tech service and was pleased initially, but their reps didn't set up the TV/AVR interface correctly. That has caused me some problems. I also e-mailed my rep a couple of times asking for advice on home security, and a few other things I was thinking of buying and I never got the courtesy of a response. I think I'll probably buy future TV's and stereo components through a locally owned store in the future.

This is the one that changed my mind. The colors are so beautiful, that it is a real pleasure to view. The only wall it could go on had my six kid's pictures on it. They are now awaiting reassignment and the TV took the wall. Generally, I wouldn't be a fan of TV over family, but the kids will be assigned another space and we will all enjoy the room more in person.
