Good TV but Quality Could Be Better

The picture, sound, and brightness are excellent. Unfortunately, quality control is not like the Sony of the past. When my TV was delivered, there were marks and scratches on the screen. I exchanged the TV for the same exact model. The second TV also has marks and scratches on the screen but less than the first one. But the second TV had a palm print on the screen which I assume came from factory. I wish Sony would do a better job in protecting the screen during the assembly and shipping process. It is unfortunate that a $5000 TV did not come with better quality control. I ended up keeping the TV but I’m not as satisfied with it as I would like.

The built-in sound is surprisingly good, so you don’t need a soundbar right away. It’s a powerful TV for movies, sports, and gaming. I’m really happy with this purchase.!!

Breath taking quality, no glare in my bright living room. This Google TV interface responds and loads apps quickly. My only complaint is that they don’t make a 98” version.

The colors are vibrant and lifelike, blacks are deep, clarity is sharp, making for an immersive viewing experience, especially with 4K HDR content. Sony's upscaling technology for lower-resolution content is also a major plus, making older shows and movies look much better.

Amazing TV

Until I got this one. It's huge but it is totally worth the money. I've never seen anything so clear, and the best part is watching it from the side, you still get a good clear quality video with no glare.

Yes, it looks this amazing in your house as well. The clarity and sharpness and shading is on par with what OLED looks like. Also, if you have a Sony sound system you can use the tv as the center channel and this tv has an amazing sound!

Took the risk to go outside my comfort zone and don’t regret it one bit. Love the Bravia 9. Way more versatile than any of my previous Samsung tv’s. I will be staying with the Sony brand for the foreseeable future
