The depth of the picture, deep colors and contrasts, is wonderful and makes for a fabulous viewing experience. Crisp, clear, bring the images to life. This is a large screen at 85” and it’s just brought our movie room to life. I am very happy with this purchase. Won’t go back to Samsung. Sony blows them away.

The picture is outstanding for a tv a couple years old and still holds up against anything approaching 8k resolution. Didn't really test the sound from the tv speakers, I doubt anybody is using the tv speakers on an 85" tv.

Now when watching 1080p content Sony does a decent job upscaled to 4K, to me it has a bump in image quality over a native 1080p TV.

I was right! The quality is amazing, extra compatibility with the PS5 is a nice bonus, and overall its just an absolute upgrade no matter if youre watching movies, sports, news, or playing games.

I was skeptical if it makes a noticeable difference or not but it actually does. This tv is noticeably better than my Sony 65X-750H. The sound is significantly better as well.

We didn't pay full price for the TV because there was a major sale on it. I'm not sure I would have purchased this model for the price but if price isn't an issue then you will love it.

The sound is great and does not really need a soundbar. The picture quality is excellent and easy on our old tired eyes. The 2 installers were outstanding and really knew what they were doing. Great job, thanks Best Buy.

Rtings,com replaced the x90k for a TCL model that was very good. But this TV tests fsr better for older content, which suits my needs very well.
