Based on this TV being 85" I can only assume it was returned because it is huge! I was only able to hide from the wife for a week before she noticed it the spare bedroom. The picture goes edge to edge thus no wasted space. At night, by using built in google, I can command it to 'turn off TV' and not need to find the remote in the dark. Picture is very clear and sound is good for a TV. I have not needed to exceed the 20 volume setting before it becomes too loud for the room. I could have bought a cheaper TV but I like the size for watching movies and the Sony Brand. Oh yea, the wife has not complained once since the discovery ...
