The Google interface is pretty nice. My only complaint is that sometimes the screen hangs - usually when trying to start an app or switching between apps. The remote doesn't do anything. Holding down the physical power button on the screen doesn't do anything. You have to unplug it and wait a few seconds to get it to reset. Maybe I just got a bad unit but after paying for professional install and all of that it just isn't worth it to try to return it. We'll live with it unless it gets worse.

Bought Samsung 86” TV TU9010 and it stopped working after 50 days and I have decided to exchange to better TV (Thanks to total tech membership). Then after paying difference of almost $600 I got this TV and let me tell it’s a day and night difference in picture quality, colors and brightness. Sound is 10x better than Samsung. Movie watching experience is amazing. I will definitely recommend this TV. Love it

I had to settle for this tv because I originally purchased a Samsung but Best Buy sent me a tv with a broken screen three times and I decided I didn’t want a 4th so I asked them what the next best thing was. The picture is the same but I don’t like the features compared to Samsung

The size is exactly what i was looking for. The tv itself is super heavy, but my wife and i were able to mount it ourselves. The picture quality is amazing except, and heres the big exception. Ive had this tv since november, it runs about a normal amount of time. The motherboard has already gone out. The tv wont turn on, and if it does, it keeps rebooting, shutting off, and blinking red. Currently waiting on sony to reach out to remedy this situation. I probably could’ve gotten a vizio for less hassle.
