After working with Sony customer service for hours it turns out they need to replace the entire mother board. Not only is the repair taking 2 weeks to fix, but they also don’t facilitate taking it off the wall. This is extremely disappointing for a tv at this price. This has spoiled our experience with Sony and we will not be purchasing them in the future. Buyer beware!

She replaces my 86 LG Nano.... My grandson was having to much fun and accidentally tossed a toy into. I really struggled with 1 inch difference but bery happy with my decision!

It is in my basement so the colors are vivid because I don't have outside light interfering. I like the Google platform. I added a Sony sound bar that I will review later. Front speakers and woofer are good, backend small speakers are weak for my liking.
