While we are glad to hear you are satisfied with the amazing picture quality of our XR-85X90K, we are really sorry if you are encountering some issues. This is definitely not the experience we'd like you to have. We greatly appreciate your feedback with the built-in antenna and we are sorry if this TV doesn't have it. To avoid any issues and to ensure that you are getting great Over-the-air TV channels, we recommend using a high quality 75-ohm coaxial cable.

Note:
• Indoor antennas perform best in areas with strong signals. Outdoor antennas are preferred in areas of weak signals.
• Actual signal strength may vary depending on a variety of factors including building structure, neighboring buildings and trees, weather, and the type of antenna used. Signal strength may be weak when using an indoor antenna or in hilly areas.

As for the sound, you have to consider that the sound quality of the television is dependent on the source that you're playing. Quality depends on the original video provided by the video content provider and your connection bandwidth. And while we are not sure what source/device or streaming application you are playing; you may try following the steps on this link to configure the TV's sound according to your preferences:

And for the smart window, we'd like to know more about the button you are pertaining to. If you can explain in a little more detail that would be appreciated so we can best assist you. In the meantime, as a general recommendation, we highly recommend updating the firmware of your TV to the latest version. The software includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements. It also provides fixes to any performance issues that you are encountering.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the XR85X90K. We are sorry if you had experienced a picture issue with the TV and that it had to be returned. That is certainly not the news we'd like to hear from you.

Regarding the picture quality, this usually depends on the signal and content. You may experience a lower quality picture than specified for your TV for several reasons. To experience the highest quality picture on the TV, the video source should be the same quality (HD, 4K, etc.) as specified for the TV. The X90K features various settings related to the TV display such as Brightness, Color, Hue, motion, etc. for picture quality that will help improve the overall viewing experience.

Hi ToddB we're sorry to hear that your TV won't turn on. This is definitely not the experience we'd like to hear from you. We'd love to help you troubleshoot your problem and turn your experience around.

Several conditions may cause a power issue that prevents your TV from turning on. If you experience power fluctuations, such as brownouts, blackouts, or temporary power loss, these conditions should be resolved before troubleshooting the TV.

1. Make sure the AC power cord is securely connected to a working wall outlet.
2. Make sure the power cord is securely connected to the back of the TV.
3. Make sure the power cord is securely connected to the back of the TV.
Skip this step if the power cord on the TV isn't removable.
4. Try turning on the TV by pressing the POWER button on the TV, then try turning on the TV by pressing the POWER button on the supplied remote control.
5. Unplug the TV power cord from the electrical outlet for at least 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
6. Disconnect all external devices connected to the TV.
7. Turn on the TV.
