Please allow us to help you and turn this into a better experience. Some of these problems may happen due to various reasons. To isolate and hopefully fix the issue, please perform our suggested troubleshooting steps on this article:

Note:
Before continuing to the various troubleshooting steps on the link above, we recommend that you remove the batteries from the remote control, then press and hold the Power button for three seconds. Wait at least a minute, then reinsert the batteries according to the polarity (+ and -). If the issue continues, continue with the troubleshooting suggestions provided.

Thanks for commenting. We truly appreciate your feedback with the picture and sound quality of the TV. The picture and sound quality usually depend on the signal and content. You may experience a lower quality picture than specified for your TV for several reasons. To experience the highest quality picture on your TV, the video source should be the same quality (HD, 4K, etc.) as specified for your TV. As for the sound, you have to consider that the sound quality of the television is dependent on the source that you're playing. Quality depends on the original video provided by the video content provider and your connection bandwidth. And while we are not sure what source/device or streaming application you are playing; you may try following the troubleshooting steps using these articles to isolate the problem:
