Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.For under $2000 at 85 inches this by far was an easy pick for best bang for the buck Big Screen for my basement. Coming from two previous Sony Bravia TVs (49 X900F and 55 X850d) this stays consistent and outperforms in certain areas with my previous Sonys. Sports and general shows through Youtube TV using my Apple TV 4K streaming player look great to me. Can get bright enough to fight minimal outside glare and lighting. Motion is smooth and crisp. Blacks on this Full Array Backlight are good set at 47 brightness. Excellent Contrast. Dolby Vision HDR is awesome to view on this TV in the dark. So many settings to modify and get the colors to pop. Sound is okay. Looking into getting a soundbar to enhance experience. I highly recommend this 85 inch bang for your buck Sony elite at under $2000. Enjoy cinema quality at home.

I did every adjust ment on the TV. The picture is blurry. Either the TV is deffective or something I am not doing right. I had 79”sony XBR 900b that has better picture than this TV.

I need to talk to somebody that has some authority I would like my money back I want my walls repaired I want the drywall repaired and I want the basement painted and I want you to pick your stuff up. This is ridiculous that nothing can be done you're trying to pick up the old TV before you know if the new TVhe new will even work! I have never had such a hard time with people in my entire life. I don't know how you run your business, I would like to come pick up my money, so that I can go elsewhere for a tv. Then you can come get your tv & make all necessary repairs at my convenience!

I love sports and the pixels cannot keep up. It's supposed to have the advanced motion clarity but it's terrible and doesn't work. This is definitely not the viewing experience we wanted you to have with our premium TV. Picture quality usually depends on the on the signal and content. While we are not sure what device/streaming application you are using to watch sports action videos, you may try adjusting the picture settings, especially the motion settings of the TV according to your preferences and see if it resolves the problem.
