Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Coming from Samsung, i got this Sony TV because of the picture quality, but after a couple weeks it started to freeze and you can't even turn it off, to the point that it has to be disconnected from the outlet, after looking around the web looks like its a real issue they have, i hope they fix it quick.

The service and advice that I received from the electronic department was spot on. My wife asked me to get it installed and it was the best decision that I made. The CRST Home solutions team Urlel and Leonel did fantastic.

You get that you pay for! Not a bad choice

Not sure if it’s the fact that i stream from YouTube TV but no sports or really anything im playing looks that clear even 4k YouTube videos still feel off.

When streaming content, the resolution used to show the content on the TV screen is determined by the streaming app. In addition, screen resolution may vary and display higher when the connection speed is high or lower when the connection speed drops or becomes unstable. This part of streaming is managed by the streaming service to maximize the viewing experience and minimize content buffering on slow connections when higher resolution data cannot be sent continuously. To view content that matches the quality of your TV (HD or 4K), your streaming service must support the higher quality and you may have to subscribe to a specific plan to receive that content. No Third Party installers!!

Got an appointment details and was told they would call within 24 hours…no call. No problem, the day they were scheduled to arrive was 11-4. No problem, a guy calls at 8:15 am and says he’s 10 minutes away! No problem, he shows up by himself and says somebody will arrive later to help him. The guy looks at the wall mount I bought from Best Buy and says it can’t be installed on the wall. He said he had a mount on the truck that could be installed for $100. and I could return the other one. I said okay, I didn’t want to wait another week. He then proceeds to install the piece on the tv. After that he put four holes in the DRYWALL and mounts the frame to the wall. The “helper shows up and they proceed to mount the tv to the wall. Luckily the helper noticed it was being mounted on to the drywall and stops. I told the guy that is why I bought the better one and he uninstalled theirs. Then after he finally got the right one installed they had it 12 inches higher than what I told them. They turned on the tv and instantly yelled out! The tv screen was broken so they told me to call Best Buy and promptly left . Called Best Buy and the lady I spoke to said she couldn’t do anything and try again tomorrow!! I got into my car and drove straight to the store. I spoke to the lady at the store and she helped me out, but I had to wait another week, but she made sure I got the geek squad…finally.

The install was easy and the tv’s smart features are a plus. It’s easy to navigate around and works great with my accessories. I use the Sony remote and Apple TV remote which both are easy to use with the tv.

The only issue I have with it is that it doesn't seem as nice as it did in the store, and I've been messing with the settings a lot to get the best out of it. Only other issue is sometimes while I'm gaming the screen will glitch out for a moment. Otherwise a beautiful tv and I would still recommend it.
