Google OS absolutely destroyed the user experience. App errors and glitches galore. TV fails to play nicely with external devices, which kinda forces you to use its horrible built in OS. The CEC connections are slow, clunky and hit or miss. This is a gigantic step down from my LG CX OLED TV in every way. When using external devices via HDMI, you have to dig into several different settings to enable 4k, HDR, Dolby visions, VRR etc. and you can't enable automatic or all at once! the fact that this isn't automatic is infuriating. What a step down from the LG. Everything worked seamlessly every time on my LG. Now I have to change input settings every time I want to use an external device connected via my receiver. This TV frustrates us nearly every day. Today the peacock app isn't working and we have to watch the Olympics elsewhere. What else will Google f up for us I wonder?? Do yourself a favor and don't touch anything Google OS
