Firstly, Ronda freezes and you have to unplug it from the socket to reboot it. Although we've only been using it for three months. And the white spots on the screen when the background is dark are very annoying. And if there's a plot at night, the white spots just hurt the eyes. And this is not covered by the warranty, it turned out that this is a problem with these TVs. I'm very disappointed, because the TV is expensive. And its remote control is very

Shadow detail and brightness is awesome but sharpness is a issue. I believe the X95L would be better than this one as far as I saw the review videos.

This is certainly not the news we'd like to hear from you. Regarding picture quality, you may experience a lower quality picture than specified for your TV for several reasons. To experience the highest quality picture on your TV, the video source should be the same quality (HD, 4K, etc.) as specified for your TV. Check the poor-quality picture conditions for additional information and troubleshooting:

To make sure your TV runs as smooth as possible, we highly recommend downloading and installing the latest software for the TV.
If your TV turns on or off at regular intervals, such as 30 minutes to an hour, it's likely caused by power saving functions such as Idle TV Standby, On Timer, and Sleep Timer.
