This issue is likely related to your internet connection rather than the TV itself. Here are a few steps you can take to improve your streaming quality:

Check Internet Speed: Ensure your internet download speed is sufficient for streaming. For 4K streaming, a minimum speed of 15 Mbps is recommended, but 25 Mbps is preferable.

Stable Connection: Make sure your internet connection is stable. If possible, use an Ethernet cable to connect your TV directly to the router for a more reliable connection.

Reduce Network Load: Other devices on your network might be using a large amount of bandwidth. Try to limit the number of devices connected to your network while streaming.

Restart Devices: Restart your modem, router, and TV. Unplug the power cords for about one minute, then plug them back in and wait for the devices to fully restart.

Check Streaming Service: Sometimes, the issue might be with the streaming service itself. Check if the problem occurs with multiple streaming services or just one.
