Not this TV! The opening sequence looked amazing! Easy set up and the screws that came in the back for mounting was convenient. Most important is the amazing picture quality. Also, the only tv I bought that did speaker sounds to set optimal sound. Sounds great too.

Glare resistance is significantly better than comparable OLED. I have a large 30x30 family room surrounded by windows and this works well for glare. Mounted over fireplace and think the high helped. Picture is amazing and does a really good job upscaling non 4K TV. Very happy with the purchase.

Able to connect to PS5 for 4k at 120hz. Had a 75” in Samsung 4k (2015) model and I’m shocked how much better the image quality is. Upgrading to 85” was definitely worth it also. Can’t speak to the sound capabilities since I have it connected to a separate Atmos system.

I didn’t do any picture adjustments from the factory settings but I’m happy the way it is… I’m sure with some tweaking of the settings will make the picture quality even more appealing. I would recommend this Sony 85X95J.

Nearly perfect, but 85" has bad uniformity

Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased the 85" model after much research only to find that, when viewing video with lots of uniformity (ex. close up of a white tshirt, a sunset sky, or footage of a snowy landscape) that there was a grid of shadows across the whole screen. Exchanged the tv for a new one but it also had this issue. I believe it's a problem with the 85" and 75" versions, which is unfortunate because the image is truly stunning otherwise. For this price, however, that's unacceptable to me and I'll have to go with an OLED to avoid this issue (the x90j if I can find it on sale).
