We're sorry to learn you've been running into difficulty with the led/light fixtures interfering with the remote control's functionality. Be sure to consider the following if the remote control does not operate properly:

• Point the remote control at the remote control sensor located at the front of the TV.
• Keep the remote control sensor area clear from obstacles.
• Fluorescent light can interfere with remote control operation; try turning off any fluorescent light.
• Check that the orientation of each battery matches the positive (+) and negative (-) symbols in the battery compartment.

We're sorry to hear if you are experiencing slowdown or a slight delay when switching inputs or other features on your Google TV. If this happens, please try one of the following methods to resolve this issue:

• To make sure your TV runs as smooth as possible, we highly recommend downloading and installing the latest software for the TV. For instructions, refer to this link: https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/televisions-projectors-lcd-tvs-android-/xr-85z9j/downloads
• We also recommend doing a soft reset. press and hold the POWER button of the remote control for about 5 seconds until a message Power off appears. TV reboots automatically. Wait for approximately one minute, and the TV will turn back on. Make sure your issue has been resolved.
• Is your HDMI signal format set to Enhanced? If this function is not really needed, we can set this back to Standard Format. This should speed up source switching.
To change the HDMI signal format setting, press the (Quick Settings) button on the remote control, then select [Settings] — [Channels & Inputs] — [External inputs] — [HDMI signal format].

We're sorry, but 8K signal is only supported by HDMI IN 4 port on this model. For optimum performance, use an Ultra High Speed HDMI™ Cable that supports 48 Gbps, then set the HDMI signal format for the HDMI 4 port to Enhanced format (4K120, 8K). Please note that Upscaled, simulated and enhanced 8K images will vary based on source content.
