    I bought the big TV (85") for the family for Christmas 2018. It was a big hit. Great picture, sound and big! Been enjoying it till now mid April 2019 it died. No picture no sound and LED on front is flashing 5 time. (Kiss of death according to Geek squad) I called best buy they asked if Id bought their warranty??? It's not even 6 months old! If I had bought their warranty they could help, but I didn't...... so good luck. Best buy sucks. I'll try Sony tomorrow but I've been on the net and don't expect much from them either..... save your 3 grand. DO NOT BUY SONY

    Got my tv today and started setup. Have been watching a gray screen and spinning blue toilet bowl for 20 minutes now. Tech support no help, said to wait 30 minutes and if no change call back. VERY disappointed. Not what I expect for a $3000 tv. SO NOT impressed!!

    The picture was great and I really loved it till a week ago. Now I have a green line running thru the TV. Finding a number for Sony support seemed easy enough.......... until you try to actually call them. I will update this once I see how that whole process works.

    I paid for a google vidoe- the minute i hit play the screen goes back and google video stops working till the movie is over. so wasted the money for the video. Then i go to to Amazon Prime and order a movie and the same thing happens. So This $,4000 TV is a wast - this is going back. waste of money
