Decent picture and sound quality (upgraded from a 6yo vizio) TV has had a boot looping issue for a month. Ive been troubleshooting it for the entire time while trying my hardest to get a decent answer from best buy support on what to do. All they do is send me to sony. Sony requires that I do everything ive already done. This is disgusting. I paid for the additional support...expecting....SUPPORT. Absolute last time I buy anything from BEST BUY. Possibly even sony for that matter but we will see how they handle this return. If I can't get a refund I'll take it to court. This is absurd. Also being treated like a child on the phone isn't fun either Sony.
