The 85" TV picture is great and sound especially from the bone induction blue tooth headset I just purchased. I'm kind of hard of hearing when audio comes from my TV or sound system due to the different frequencies giving me trouble. The sound is sharp and clear. I had been using a wireless TV headset, but it gave me headaches due to the pressure from wearing them and the sound wasn't as clear as the blue tooth bone induction headset by many times over. Installation by me alone would of been impossible due to the complexity of the TV setup, that's why I used the geek squad to get it done so much faster. They know how to configure everything to my needs.

The television has a great picture and is easy to use. It is intuitive and has built in features that are too numerous to mention. Set up was easy and paired with other items seamlessly.

Excellent TV. Great picture quality , sleek look , and connected to a Sony sound bar , the sound is great. Easy setup and operation.

The picture is incredible on this set. Turned the brightness & color down a little for most TV viewing. Dolby Vision ( a lot of content on on Netflix) looks great to me.

Great image the size is perfect for our living room easy set up and super easy access to different apps!

So far so good. Colors are rich. Picture quality excellent. Seemed like sticking with the factory default setting produces best results. Just MHO. Increasing color saturation beyond default was too much especially In the blacks(turned purple and green). Very pleased so far. And the size.... what can I say except it doesn’t take long to get used to it!! Now I want the 98” The sale price of 2999 makes this a great value!

Awesome picture, black levels are awesome, even better than the new model. If you can get an open box its a great deal

This is the first Sony TV we've ever had and we are not disappointed at all. The picture is crisp and clear. We have the Sony HTZ9F soundbar and subwoofer hooked up with it to give it a real cinematic sound. No need to go to the movies anymore with this setup, because it feels like you are at a theater in your own home. Will definitely look at purchasing Sony TVs in the future again.

I highly recommend this TV. The picture is brilliant. 4K content is lifelike. The TV offers multiple preset viewing configurations, so it’s easy to switch settings from watching movies to watching sports to watching animation. You can keep or get rid of the soap opera effect depending on your preference. Just read the instructions and you’ll get the most out of it. No dead pixels. Have owned for about 3 months and no issues yet.

The 4K on this tv is next level clear. Great colors, the blacks are on point, the detail is amazing. The apps work fine.

I researched all brands between Sony, Samsung, lg, and the Sony has the best video processor hence will give the most colorful vibrant picture. This TV is tops because it has dolby Vision and in which Samsung brands does Do not have. I set this is in February 2020 and it’s been like a Home movie theater during pandemic. I added a Yamaha receiver And speakers with dolby atmos. Also added lifx lights that stick behind the tv and it all runs on Alexa commands.

Great picture, Great features. I love it! The television brings an awe to the room.

I really like this TV so far. It looks really good since I put in all the picture settings that I got from the AVSforum.org site. Before I realized that the picture settings had to be adjusted for each input I watched some 4k videos on You Tube and they were way over saturated. So I then put the picture settings in for all inputs that I eventually used, including the tuner and the 4k videos looked WAY better. I believe this would be true for all TVs.

I purchased this because we have a large family room and I wanted it to have a movie theater feel when watching TV. Not only is this the largest screen TV you can get for a reasonable price, it also has great picture quality. I had also considered OLED TV's, but they top out at 77" and are much more expensive. Likewise I considered Samsung's QLED TV's, which come closer in size at 82", but they offer no Dolby Vision support. All-in-all this was a great purchase.

I reviewed and waited for the price on this TV to drop. This thing is massive and just awesome! Great picture, great clarity. From 25 feet away, it is very visible and easy to see. I would recommend this X900F version to anyone. One thing to consider is that it does weigh around 100 LBs so it may change your decision about which mount you get.

Bigger is better with tv, and this Sony is as good as we can imagine a tv being. Clear, bright, beautifully detailed picture...a pleasure to look at. It’s expensive, but if you watch much tv, worth every dollar.
