Very disappointed

It’s literally impossible to get a hold of a human at Best Buy to come resolve this issue.

Manager never calls back. They expect the customer to walk back to store. Poor management Duluth GA.

I watched the Super Bowl on it and the picture was extremely clear. I love all the apps that are available on the App Store. Purchased an Apple TV thinking I would need it, but I haven’t used it yet alongside this TV. The Google smart function is very well as well. Definitely a recommended purchase if you’re trying to stay within a budget for a great quality TV.

Regarding your note on the HDMI connections, We’d love to share some helpful information to ensure you get the most out of your display. All four HDMI ports on your BRAVIA 5 actually support 4K resolution. If you aren't seeing 4K on specific ports, it’s likely because they need to be toggled to a higher bandwidth setting.
To enable full 4K capabilities across all inputs, please try these steps:
Go to Settings > Channels and inputs > External inputs > HDMI signal format > Set the format to Enhanced Format for all four ports.
This should unlock the premium performance you're looking for across all your devices!

Love it...but Best Buy could of do e better!!!

Only problem I had was when it was delivered and going to be installed the first time..the tv itself was damaged!! I had to wait another week and a half (around 10 days) for a replacement tv!! I was not happy with the wait time. This was a special order and Best Buy could have done better with as much money I spent on my new entertainment system!! They should of had a BETTER backup plan to replace my 98" sony tv sooner for as much mkney I spent on it!!
