Manager never calls back. They expect the customer to walk back to store. Poor management Duluth GA.

To get that store-quality sharpness, we recommend checking that your 'Picture Mode' is set to 'Standard' or 'Cinema' and ensuring 'Reality Creation' is set to 'Auto' in the Clarity settings to boost fine details. Additionally, verifying that your HDMI signal format is set to 'Enhanced' will ensure you're getting the full 4K resolution you saw in the showroom.

Beautiful color for this Sony BRAVIA TV.

Regarding your note on the HDMI connections, We’d love to share some helpful information to ensure you get the most out of your display. All four HDMI ports on your BRAVIA 5 actually support 4K resolution. If you aren't seeing 4K on specific ports, it’s likely because they need to be toggled to a higher bandwidth setting.
To enable full 4K capabilities across all inputs, please try these steps:
Go to Settings > Channels and inputs > External inputs > HDMI signal format > Set the format to Enhanced Format for all four ports.
This should unlock the premium performance you're looking for across all your devices!

I watched the Super Bowl on it and the picture was extremely clear. I love all the apps that are available on the App Store. Purchased an Apple TV thinking I would need it, but I haven’t used it yet alongside this TV. The Google smart function is very well as well. Definitely a recommended purchase if you’re trying to stay within a budget for a great quality TV.
