Sony a6400 with 18-135mm Lens Review*
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I picked up the Sony a6400 as a gift for my wife, and it has turned out to be a great entry level camera for everyday use. The 18-135mm lens gives her plenty of flexibility. She can capture wide shots at the dog park and then zoom in for clean portraits without switching lenses. The camera focuses fast, which helps a lot with dogs running around. The colors look natural, and the photos come out sharp even in quick moments. For portraits, the lens has a nice look and the camera’s eye autofocus makes it easier for her to get good shots without having to think too much about settings. She has also started experimenting with short 4K videos, and the camera handles that well for a beginner. The controls are still simple enough that she is not overwhelmed. Overall, it feels like the right mix of quality, ease of use, and room to grow. It has been a solid gift and a great way for her to get into photography. My confidence level is high.
