I was supposed to get 20% back when opening a new Best Buy card for this purchase and did not….. several calls to customer service….. with promise that it will be issued….. still not resolved I will be cancelling card and plan to shop elsewhere as I also encourage others to do!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE!!!
