I’ve been using this camera for about a month now, and I’ve encountered a couple of issues. The most significant one is that the viewfinder doesn’t turn on. I found a workaround by closing the screen and moving the lenses, which seems to resolve the problem. Another issue is that the camera turns off when I’m outside. I’m not sure if it’s due to overheating, but I doubt it since I don’t use the camera for more than 10 minutes at a time. However, these issues don’t usually occur, but I’m concerned that they might happen during a work shoot. Despite these problems, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed using this camera. I understand why this camera is highly recommended. It takes great pictures and video, and everything is straightforward. If you’re unsure whether you prefer video or photography, this camera offers a great all-around solution.

Sony has really bat it out of the park with this one! They improved on every single aspect of the a7III and this even rivals what the a7sIII is capable of. I chose the a7IV over the a7sIII because of it's versatility. It has a good mid-range sensor with a higher pixel count than the a7sIII, which makes it good for taking photos. It also has all the great cinema-grade features capable of creating cinematic content and indie films. On top of that, the addition of the new articulating screen and the ability to connect to a computer without a capture card really helps make this a one-man video producer's dream come true!

Love the camera. Definitely a phenomenal upgrade from the sony a7iii. Better and quicker autofocus, love the screen being able to swivel which makes a huge difference when holding the camera in different angles.

Great quality use it more than I thought I would. Also, the sales team was amazing walking me through the process.

This camera is amazing. Needed an upgrade from my a6700 and this one is it. The image sensor and autofocus make getting clear images easier than ever and the customizable buttons allow me to configure the camera to my liking and never miss a shot. I brought this on my trip to the UK and it really was a game changer.

Honestly, one of the best investments I’ve made. Was skeptical of the pricing at first but man never had something more worth it. The significant difference between this and cheaper camera is great as-well as the difference between it and a phone camera.

First and foremost, the a7 IV's 33-megapixel full-frame sensor delivers stunning image quality with exceptional detail, dynamic range, and low-light performance. I get compliments on my work all the time. The picture below doesn't do justice because it won't let me upload it in high resolution.

I recently upgraded from the sony zv-e10 to the A7IV and it has been a massive step up. This camera is very high level for the price. The camera has more than enough megapixels to crop photos and still keep them very high quality.

I do like the quality of the photos but it shut down twice on me while setting up the custom buttons. I also have been seeing a lot of videos having problems with the shutter not opening and being damaged

This is a really great hybrid camera for photography and videography! This is a great all rounder and provides a lot of value for the price. SONY makes great specialty cameras as well so if you don’t need the versatility, I would look at their other cameras. R series for photos and S series for video.

This camera is my bread and butter when it comes to my photography I am happy with how it performs I wanted a high end yet a good entry camera and this well exceeds my expectations. Would recommend for any one looking to get a Sony camera full frame

Truly a phenomenal camera for videos and photos. As a content creator, I use it primarily for create IG and TikTok posts when I want to shoot campaigns for brands. Gives a significanlty better quality for paid campaigns than your average phone. Of course you have to learn to use it well
