I’ve been a Nikon user for years and was apprehensive in trying out another brand. I really wanted to move towards mirrorless for a long while now but i wasn’t quite as satisfied with the Nikon mirrorless options. I finally pulled the trigger and decided to go the Sony route instead and i dont see myself turning back anytime soon.

Love this camera

Very versatile its a jack of all trades from videography to photography and more. Haven't had this camera for too long so still learning alot about its functions, one tjing i can say for sure is the AF tracking is a beast !

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.As a shooter of Canon for over 20 years, my friends and professional shooters pals thought I was joking when I said I switched to Sony. As a pro you can only accept freezing up and overheating on shoots so many times until you’re fed up. Especially when Canon said it was a memory card issue or how I should shoot long form interviews. The band the Canon R5C as a recalled version of the R5. Either way I’m glad they did because the A7IV is lighter, the glass is smaller and just as good. Shooting with the updated menu system, touch screen, higher quality EVF and improved color science has made using this camera an absolutely joy. I’ve had it for a month now and shot 4 commercial jobs and I haven’t had any issues. The colors and performance is top notch and I now get why so many shooters have been screaming from the rooftops on how much fun the Alpha system is to work with. Creating art and delivering my best to my clients is goal number one, having gear that allows me to do that with very little interference is the next. I highly recommend this camera.

It's easy to use just have to get used to manual and changing The settings. I hope it continues to be a great camera I haven't had any issues with this one. It's easy to change the lenses and also easy to put in the battery also easy to charge.

Great for video and photography!

I had bought this mainly for videography and it produces amazing results. The stabilization works great! It’s a whole other beast compared to my last rebel t6 setup. I’ve only done photography as a hobby and this camera does not disappoint for photography.

Amazing Camera!

It is very to pick up this camera and start shooting using the amazing auto mode. I have dabbled with manual settings via phone cameras, and transitioning to this camera is not too intimidating. It's like it wants you to get to know it better. Also... the eye AF and low light shooting are amazing!
