This being my first real camera, it gets high stars!! After doing some research before purchasing, im glad I did. This camera has all the specs as its higher model without the bells and whistles that I didn't need(besides the view finder). Produces sharp and high detailed images with colors that pop. The best feature for me would be the E mount system. I can switch lens for any occasion. Ive already added the 55-210mm & 18-105mm G series. I have a lot of learning to do but even in the Intelligent mode it shoots nice. I have had excellent shots in every mode.

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter, A perfect camera that is easy to carry along for the day. Pictures come out excellent, she's excited.

Great pics, owesome quality. Professional standard yet, easy to use for beginners. The best family camera you can have, without a big price tag.

This camera is wonderful and easy to use for anyone interested in beginning vlogging, and taking quality photos. I am by no means a photographer, but this camera is incredibly easy to navigate, and if you upload to social media often, it has a great wifi feature, so you can send photos directly to your phone. The only reason that I gave it 4/5 stars instead of 5/5 is because you can't send video files via wifi, and that would make this camera perfect.

This camera takes excellent professional quality pictures without having to know much photography. It is the best camera that I have ever owned.

This is my first non-point and shoot camera and it has some great auto Modes to get great shots. But what's great is it has a lot of professional settings that I don't understand, yet. What's really cool are the little tutorials on the camera to help teach you how to use those settings and move away from just the auto modes. As far as the picture quality they're great the auto focus on the face is awesome it keeps track even while the subject is moving. It's also easy to switch focus with touch screen. Love this camera

So happy with my purchase. I was looking into a great quality camera for my baby girl. Something not too pricey and let me tell you, this camera has been the best investment EVER!! My daughter is 9 Months Old and let’s just say her Halloween pictures looks like a professional photographer took them. I couldn’t be any happier!!!! Love this camera and the price was phenomenal

As a makeup artist I needed something that took great pictures of my work and this was exactly what I was looking for

I wanted to learn how to use the camera because I’m a model. This is the perfect camera for a Beginner. It’s very easy to use. The WiFi makes transferring photos extremely easy. And it’s the perfect size for someone who wants to take great pics without carrying around a large camera.

Camera quality is great. It shoots pictures like a dslr. Shoots at a fast speed and functions are user friendly. Only down side is the WiFi to transfer photos wireless does not work well.

Even though it's not a 4k capable camera, for the price, this is still an amazing option. It supports the whole range of Sony E-mount lenses, and unlike the A6xx-series cameras, the articulating screen actually flips up 180 degrees, making it an excellent selfie/vlogging camera! The SD card slot is on the side of the camera instead of being bundled in with the battery, making it much easier to use (and keep) on a tripod. The one thing this camera is missing for me is a microphone input, but the built in microphone does decently well, and if you install windmuffs on the camera, it's extremely usable!

I do most of my vlogging with the camer and it is the best. So easy to carry and great quality videos!

I was looking for a camera that could give me great pictures and compact for vacations, this camera dud the job.

The is admittedly my first "Nice" camera but I am very impressed so far . I have a lot to learn about it as I've only had cheaper cameras before this one that are more or less made to be taken right out of the box point and click . Even in all the auto modes this camera takes great pictures , used for for a trip to Florida and the pictures for our scrap book are beyond expectations. It was a toss up between this one and the A6000 . The a5100 does not disappoint!

I love this camer and on top is easy to use and can fit in your bag.

I was looking for something more compact than my Nikon D5200 DSLR and what a great choice I made. The camera takes beautiful shots with not much editing/enhancing required and all while using Auto setting. I could imagine how the pictures will look in manual setting. Photos are clear and colorful. I had all my friends asking where and what camera it was because it looked so awesome. I was lucky to get the bundle package with the extra lens.
