This camera has been amazing. Although my husband and I are still trying to figure out all the special features, we have been beyond happy with it. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because we haven't even put a dent in the special features.

Got this for my husband, and he LOVES IT! It’s for taking pictures of our 7months old. The quality for price is great. It has so many functionalities btw camera and camcorder. It’s not bulky compared to other brands. It’s retro meets technology. Loved it so much we bought another one as a graduation gift for her sister.

This small yet powerful camera take some of the best pictures I have ever seen. Focus is amazing. Video is top notch !! Highly recommend ...

Even thou I just purchased the camera and havent had chance to really learn all the functions.. I can tell you it takes awesome pictures.

Look at this camera a lot of places. $100 cheaper than online and they threw in bag to boot. Staff was very knowledgeable

This is the camera you should buy. Its very fast and the pics are incredible for a camera at this price.. I'd like a second one as a backup.

Mirrorless is the way to go - ditch your bulky SLR and get the A6000. Not having a mirror means the electronics can "see" your subject all the time and lets it do nifty focussing tricks. Search youtube for a6000 focus tracking and you'll be amazed at what it can do. 11 frames per second can't hurt either. Worried about your legacy Canon/Nikon lenses? Get an adapter. You have no more excuses now - this camera is simply incredible!

I was searching for a new DSLR with wifi capability and remote control shooting and this one fit the billet. Despite what other reviewers claim, i did not have any issues setting up the app for my phone to connect to the camera. The one thing I am disappointed with though, is that you can not connect your camera to a laptop or desktop for wireless transfer. Other than that, I very much enjoy using the DSLR camera, as it is more compact. I not a professional photography by any means. This one works great for what I need.

Never owned a good quality camera. I like that it has WiFi capability. I like the picture quality. Still haven’t recorded

I'm very happy with this product. My only reservation for an excellent rating is the fact that it tends to heat up after prolonged video recording and will shut down in order to cool.

Bought for my wife to catch the moments with our two high speed dancers / swimmers. Its awesome. works perfectly blows away our other camera

At first I was skeptical between the sony a6000 or purchasing the panasonic g7. But I was leaning more towards the sony a6000 because the interface of the camera settings. Only downside to this camera is not being able to plug in a mic but that is where I can upgrade to the sonya6500 later on. Overall, great all around camera!

This is a powerhouse little camera with so much potential for greatness! Case in point, shooting in low light with even the "auto" feature works well (with a tripod to prevent blurriness). The biggest drawback is that, at least for the camera I purchased, I had issues with the shutter sticking in cold weather. I have seen the reviews of folks in much colder lands than Upstate New York who had no issues like this, but I did--every time I walked outside in anything from 5-35 degrees Fahrenheit. That and the fact that I am somewhat a novice turned me off to this camera for now, as I not only want a camera for all temperatures but also with a MUCH more descriptive manual so I can learn to use the camera. This camera assumes you've had your lessons already through other cameras and manuals, so it's for the intermediate to expert user.

Great camera! Takes sharp photos that have a great Bokeh and also has a great movie mode that you can switch easily back and forth from.

A lot easier to carry along with u for day! I mean i have a 60D which really good but for a day event its going to be very heavy and bulky.

Wonderful little camera. I bought an adapter to make my Nikon lenses work on the Sony camera.

For someone who used to point-and-shoot cameras as well as cellphone cameras, this camera is very intuitive. Most of the built-in auto-settings produces picture quality that I am looking for. The lighting and the colors come out just right. I take a lot of pictures of moving objects. Having this camera is a big plus for me. The speed of the auto-focus and auto-tracking the object really helps for novice users taking pictures of moving objects. Overall, I am satisfied with this camera.

My son has an a6000 and strongly recommended it to me. Great pictures on auto! I have to work on learning about the custom settings.
