This camera has a lot of wonderful features that, as a newbie to higher-end photography, I have yet to use but know will come in handy. Despite this, even the simplest of pictures looks ten times better than on my $300 point and shoot. And, even if 7 ounces lighter than a DSLR that's not mirrorless isn't a lot, I do like the more compact size and weight.

The Sony A6000 is one of the best mirrorless camera in the market with excellent quality photos combined with a variety of shooting options. The LCD view finder is a big plus to those who are switching from Point and Shoot cameras to DSLR

Don't get no better than this camera. It's smart and has the capability to work just as well as professional camera without the bulk.

This cameral is perfect. Takes excellent pictures and videos. I take this to my sons games, trips, for any occasion.

This camera is as best as it gets for a mirrorless APS-C. I highly recommend the Sony 1670Z as a semi all-in-one lens for this body.

this is a great mirrorless camera - I bought this for my wife for her trip to Europe - she loves the design and how it takes pictures - Unfortunately she lost the camera in Europe so I couldn't really get into detail with the camera.

I have no words to explain the ability of this camera. 11FPS - amazing for actions shots but not only that stills look awesome too. I highly recommend this camera. If you have a chance take a look at the demo model in the store and you will be on board too.

The best camera I have ever owned. I've had Canon and Nikon gear and the A6000 does just as well with a fraction of the bag space.

Good camera.but would wish I could buy at A better deal every I check the price drops , or they got a bundle package going on .....

I liked the camera, it has some great features and takes really nice shots but I needed something more as I'm trying to start my own business. I would definitely recommend this camera to anyone that wants a smaller dslr camera.

Everything was packaged well, shipping was quick, and camera has so many options and adjustable settings that seem to make it incredibly easy to start getting into photography. Takes incredible pictures for the low cost! Interchangeable lenses make it limitless to customize to your liking!

Takes great pics. Fast focusing. Just wish it would start up and shut down faster. They used to have a photo taking assist that worked like a level in the previous version (Nex 6). Can't understand why they removed it for the a6000.

I have used it only a couple of times and the pictures look great. The 4K video is excellent. However you need a better lens to unleash this camera to its full potential.

I bought this camera for a family vacation to europe. I shot mostly in auto because I didn't read the manual before the trip. Photos came out way better than expected. Shooting in auto always has the potential to mess up photos. There were definitely some issues with autofocus focusing on the wrong area, but that is not the camera's fault. Camera was very fast to respond and I never felt that I missed "the action" while waiting for the camera to turn on or save photos to memory. Make sure you get a fast SD card. I took roughly 3300 photos and that used up about half of my 64gb card. Battery lasts about 800 shots or so.
