After doing some research about this and other cameras that are similar, I found this one to be the best choice for me. It has all the attributes that I need in a camera, it produces very clean and clear images that can be easily enlarged or reduced in size. Though I am still learning about it and it's functions and capabilities, the process of understanding is practical. I believe that most other novices would agree. GREAT CAMERA!

This camera can actually shoot professional looking Raw images if you have the proper lens! With that being said the kit lens that comes with it is great for starting out and this is what I started out with. I eventually upgraded once I understood why other cameras have other functions (it makes shooting easier however quality remains the same!).

This camera is great, still get all the same features and controls you do with a mirrored DSLR but in a compact and sleek design. Its multiple auto focus in video and photos is impressive

I'm still fairly new to this camera and trying to learn it but so far it's been amazing. I bought it for the purpose of having a lighter camera to travel with and not have to carry my heavy dslr around and it's been great. However, when compared to my canon I still think the canon gives a superior quality photo. But keep in mind I haven't updated from the kit lens with this camera as I have with my canon.

Very fast at taking pictures, the settings are a little hard but once its set up its fine. Great camera for taking family pictures, pictures of babies and just general pictures. I just got a regular lens with camera but if you need to take pictures from far away or close or something you should consider getting the 2 lens package. Great first nice camera.

I have had a Pentax, for years. 3fps and 6 mp. Love it. Got this one, at 11fps and 22.3 mp. Love it even more! It was so worth the price. Also got the zoom lens. Both are great.

It’s an amazing camera that I can take everywhere with me, it’s have all the professional settings and also auto programs. The build up flash works nice at night and also as a fill up light. I’m very happy with the resolution and sharpens of the images and how fast it is. It’s a great camera for a good value.
