This is the 3rd camera I have ever worked with. I use it more so for capturing family moments and makeup pictures and tutorials. The battery life is good, the size is nice, the setting options are great. Clear photos 100% of the time once you learn the camera or know what you’re doing.

I bought this camera to capture the nonstop moments of my son. I got this camera and on day one without barely reading the guide I was able to turn it on and take amazing pictures. As I read more and tweak the camera to each scene the quality is amazing. Great camera for first time photographers or mid range photographers.

So far I have been absolutely blown away by this camera. It offers most of the features found in a 1200 dollar camera for half the price.

I got this as an open box. It's such a great value. Superb picture quality and its able to grow with you. Great for beginners and has helped me grow to and want to learn more about photography. Sony is definitely coming up in the camera business too. Giving canon and Nikon a run for its money. Consider this or its newer updated brother the a6300.

Excellant resolution resulting in clear pictures Very fast and great low light capture Improvements would be Allow variable magnification when reviewing photo's. Macro does not allow one to take picture close. Panoramic difficult to use

Camera is great and has many features available so that this can be a beginner camera and turn into the camera for a more advanced user. Takes great pictures and video. I initially purchased the a5000 online to pick up in store and during pickup, another Best Buy customer in the store convinced me to purchase the a6000 and glad I did.

This camera's shutter speed is way much faster than the A5000. It takes great quality pictures. The video capture mode seems to have a stabilizer. It records video very smoothly. I didn't read the entire manual but this camera is fun to tinker around with. This is surely the best mirrorless camera out there in the market for its price!
