After reading lots of reviews, I decided on the a6000 package that include the additional lens and carrying case. This seemed to be the best value. There are lots of features and modes that take a while to get used to for beginners. But that is half of the fun with this camera and seeing the amazing pictures you can capture.

Camera is awesome and takes good pictures and easy to use.

I went in looking for a Canon but the salesman informed me of the Sonya6000, he himself and other members shared how they themselves had one and how many perks it has. First camera, still getting how it all works but I like it so far.

This camera has been an awesome camera for us as we are beginners, but the capabilities could serve a more experienced photographer well. The smaller size is great. This camera allows you to shoot great pictures out of the box while also allowing you to grow into a more experimental photographer.

I love this camera lot. It's one of the best values on the market as far as a digital camera goes. It's easy to pick up and learn if you're a beginner, but it's very verbose with its feature set and you can keep it for quite some time even if you become more acquainted with photography.

I bought the a6000 as a backup camera to my a7ii, and quickly realized I will be using it more often than I thought. It's a perfect size and weight for street photography. The kit lens leaves much to be desired, but I didn't really plan to use it when I purchased the camera. Add the Sigma 30mm/1.4 and you have a great kit.

I am very happy with this camera. I especially love the burst mode....I am getting fantastic action shots of my kids playing sports.

I have been eyeballing this camera for two years! based on EBay prices, appears to hold it's value well. opted to buy new instead of eBay used to ensure I was getting the quality and caliber I expected. Great camera, glad I spent the funds to get it. Best money I have spent in a long time.

but not completely satisfied with the software. Therefor only 4 stars. Wifi has been a no show and all the research I spent trying to make it work was to no avail. Easy fix, bought a lightning port sd card reader.

The low light capabilities are incredible. The camera allows for an attachment that will fit lenses other than sony.

There’s a reason this camera has been around so long and is still regarded as one of the best mirrorless camera’s. Can’t go wrong at the price point and lots of great lens options available. Great option for beginners with the desire to learn about photography.
