I have been a Nikon DSLR camera person. However, I got tired of lugging around the heavy lenses and camera. I researched the Sony 6300 for over 6 months. Once I put this camera to the test, I knew it was a great match. It takes great shots....is easy to focus and can be set to your style of shooting. The 18-135 lens is all I need for the pix I take. Best Buy Personnel were really helpful and patient withme while I made my final choice.

love it, great photos the battery is only 1k MAh so i would suggest a external battery pack that can charge it while you are using it.

This camera is amazing and takes absolutely the best pictures. Very simple to work and so easy to transfer pics to another device.

I am a beginner photographer and semi experienced videographer. For the price and my skill level, this camera is perfect for me. Most reviews nit pick on things not as important to me. The menu is easy enough for me to figure out. I can view the image on my cellphone if I am in front of the camera. I won't be shooting long footage so overheating won't affect me.

Aside from being much lighter and easier to handle, the camera has all the services of the bigger DSLRs.

I’ve been a Canon camera user for well over 20 years, but at times lugging around a large camera, lenses upon lenses it just became to cumbersome. Enter the a6300, small, quick, packed with features, and two lenses later it all fits inside my coat pockets. Fantastic image quality, 4K video is stunning, and I’ve officially made the switch.

Easy to use and surprisingly cutomizable for videos

I have used DSLRs for years and have been pretty happy, but I thought I'd try a mirrorless after reviewing the advantages. Boy am I glad I did. The picture quality is outstanding. Take a little time and learn the camera and the sky's the limit. Being that the image quality on this is so good, I can only wonder what the full frame mirrorless cameras can produce. I see one in my future!

This is a great, lightweight camera that takes wonderful images and 4K video.

So far I am loving the picture quality and compact size vs a dslr. I travel weekly and wanted a smaller camera but not a point and shoot. SONY seemed to be the best choice in the mirrorless. I have not been disappointed

Great quality photos and easy to use video camera!

Great product for anyone that really wants to cherish special moments. Picture quality is amazing. The best of both worlds lens. Video recording is a big WOW. As a novice photographer this is a great investment. Many added extras that help you take really good pictures and video so you don't miss great moments in your life.

I wanted a nice camera for an overseas trip I was taking and ended up with this one. It takes amazing pictures and the battery lasts a long time. They’re are automatic settings that allow you to point and shoot but also manual settings if you know what you are doing. I wanted something easy and clear and I got it

What a fantastic camera. Zoom out is great and the weight of the camera is perfect. We enjoy going on vacations, but in the past our camera and case was bulky. Sony new design makes it easier to carry. Bluetooth feature is so easy to download photos you will enjoy this camera.

A6300 comes with two option one with two lenses (portrait and zoom lens) and this one 18-153 lens. I choose this one over the other one because it can capture portraits as well as can be used as a zoom lens.

This camera is truly amazing. It takes great photos. The 4K videos are unreal or should I say to real looking. This camera is something I can grow into as it’s a better camera then I am a photographer.

This is an all in ones lense here. If you’re getting a crop sensor camera this is a solid price point that pumps out 4K and solid photos. Stabilization could be better but you just need a gimbal to get the buttery smooth shots

Can you say amazing? This mirrorless camera is totally amazing the best picture and video ever love love love it. I wish I can give it more than five stars because it's out of the park.

This camera does exactly want I want it to! I have realized it depends on the lens you have for what kind of photo/ video you want to do but over all I love the camera and all of its features
