Really good camera

I just want to take good action shots that don't come out blurry like with my smart phone. That said, this does exactly what I want. Great action shots with out the blurr. I know other "professionals" get way more out of this camera (check out YouTube) and I'm sure I will too some day. But for now I'm extremely satisfied.

Read the manual, then enjoy the results!

But if you take the time to study the manual as well as watch a YouTube video or three, you will be more than satisfied with the camera's capabilities. Don't give up on it and you will be richly rewarded.

Fine "pro-sumer" camera
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have been looking for a large sensor camera in an ultra-slim profile, but first one other company's product line was discontinued, then another company's product line was cancelled (both engineering issues). After much review I settled on the Sony ICLS a6300 as providing most of the function and features I was looking for. As I learn the range of functions and become more familiar with this camera the results are improving and I am glad I have this camera. One contrary item is the availability of lens seems good but might be better.
