7 Years on and still an excellent choice!

As a stills camera the dynamic range is seriously something to behold. Years after the release of camera, it still holds up like a champ. It has enough features that will get you results that clients will love. It’s not the quickest camera, but it’s still a great experience. There’s so many great features like aps-c crop mode that works great and even seems like it increases autofocus speed. This is really impossible to touch at the price point especially in an open box variant. Get this camera pair it with a great lens and go shoot!

It has met all my expectations and is a definite upgrade from the Sony A6000. There is a bit of a learning curve so be prepared to put in the time.

The quality of the 1080 video is astounding when paired with DJI Ronin SC. The photos this thing is capable of are nothing short of miraculous. The Sony menu system leaves a lot to be desired but the functions are amazing. I love this camera.

Best full frame mirrorless camera for the price.

Best full frame camera

Even with the basic lense set up, my work has become twice as easy to manipulate in photoshop. This camera wasnt as hard to use as it said on some other reviews. IF you already know how to use a Canon or other camera. If your new here I could see it having a bit of a learning curve. But nothing too crazy. Bust out the book, youtube, or google and you'll know. And knowing is half the battle. Awesome camera at a great price. In fact it even exceeded my expectations. The quality of the physical camera and of it's images are far superior compared to my last camera (no surprise..it was a $600 Canon 2000d) only trouble im having is learning how to use the different autofocus sertings. But thats a operator issue not a product issue. But I love this camera. A few years old but still holding up with the lot of them. I have definitely become a Sony guy with this purchase and ill never go back. Everything looks pretty even unedited.

I have a couple of trips in a few months. So far I have taken a few shots in the park and around the neighborhood. I am still learning the camera, but so far I am pleased.

Oldie but goodie

It’s pretty good with color accuracy. Biggest complaint is it’s screen I with it flipped out. I wish the body was a little bigger. It needs usbc charging and mine only came with one battery and no English directions , bummer for a like new product. Omg the Menu is something serious especially without the Instructions. Over all for an slightly outdated camera it’s still good for beginners and those new to mirrorless.
