    Great Camera but I rated it 3 stars because I myself don't need that high of megapixels. Out of the 10 Frames per second advertised 4 images are tack sharp in focus. That is mainly because of the high Megapixels of this Camera. Depends what you like shooting but I do own the A9ii which has twice the speed with much more AF points of each image 20frames per second no black out.

    Best Buy is a joke you can’t trust them anymore, I bought a expensive camera for a gift to send it in Europe and realized that there that battery is missing now i have to spend extra money to buy a battery

    A cellphone takes better pictures, I had to open 3 boxes to find a real camera the boxes were filled with batteries no camera. Horrible experience, I thought Best Buy was reliable especially because this camera costs a lot.

    I purchased an open box Sony a7r4 camera. 1st time i have ever purchased an open box product about a month ago. I bought to specifically to take my granddaughters senior pictures. They turned out amazing. This camera is fantastic 61mp easy to use can't say enough about it.The purchase was effortlessly easy in and out in five minutes.
