    I really enjoy this lens. I shoot in the Sony a7 ii. It was a hard decision between this and the 50mm. I’m so glad I went with this! Crystal clear images, great autofocus & manual focus.

    This is a great lens for any photographer, I love using this focal length when photographing couples, weddings, food and more... F1.4 really lets you get all those shots you need in dark situations. Combine this lens with a Sony camera body like the A7riii which is that I have and you never have to worry about focus again!

    Superb picture quality and very sharp. Good for all around. Bokeh is creamy. Nice subject and background/foreground separation. It’s wide enough for landscape shots for me. I have this lense 35mm 1.4 and 85mm 1.8 for portrait in my camera bag.

    Wow! What a difference high quality glass makes. Pictures are amazing now under low light and it produces amazing bokeh. The initial bite of the cost stings a little but the end product makes it all worth it. A tamron lens may be a good budget alternative.

    Best lens I’ve shot on to date, images are crisp and the bokeh is unmatched. The lens breathing is the only real annoyance but once you adjust to it the pictures come out better than any other Sony lens.

    At first i was thinking about purchasing the 50mm 1.2, but i have always been a 35mm person, it makes me take picturs creatively. A 50 is too tight for my taste, i only carely two lenses in my bag right now, are the Sony 35mm F1.4 GM and the Sony F2.8 24-70mm GM II
